Ochazuke with Salmon and Nori from En Dining. One of my favorite “easy & quick lunch” dish. Ocha is japanese green tea and tsuke means submerge. But it doesn’t have to be “literally” tea. You can also pour stock (dashi) or hot water over the rice. My friend once poured green tea over his rice and mix it with wasabi and shoyu and it was not so bad :p
Was wondering around and found this new bubble tea stall in Plaza Indonesia. I ordered Lychee Oolong tea (yes, I love oolong tea!! :D) with big honey pearl and less ice. I requested for the mini ones but they said it’s not ready yet :( The tea was great and their bubble is chewy, just nice (not too tough and not too soggy too).
