We went to Sushi Joobu again last week and here’s the closer look of their Joobu Special Roll. You can see salmon, unagi, wakame, tobiko, and chili! So so good..

Salmon Salad from Sushi Joobu. Can’t really get a good photo of this due to the lack of lights and the dreasing that covered the salmon. This dressing was great. Again not like the usual salmon salad I’ve eaten before. Looks like they made their own dressing. And again the portion was awesome. It was all stacked salmon sashimi with only 3 slices of cucumber at the bottom. Nicee…

Joobu Special Roll from Sushi Joobu.

I’ve been growing up in Kelapa Gading. Gading got tons of food from street food to restaurant. So much that even if you eat one different food each day, you won’t finish trying everything for a year. This Sushi Joobu place has been there for years. I always pass it by when I was on my way to school but didn’t even have a thought to stop by and try its food. So yeah me and my friends were craving for sushi and decided to try this place. So here we go….

This Joobu Special roll was huge, bigger than the usual california roll. Rice was stuffed with seaweed, salmon, tobiko, and some other thing that I can’t recall. But it was great! All the flavor in one bite.. Nyumm..

Salmon Skin from Sushi Joobu. Was not as crispy as I expected tho but the portion was generous! Wow.. The price of the food here was not cheap but they do play with the quantity.
